The following rules apply to all guests staying here.
- On the day of arrival, our guests occupy the house from 3:00 p.m., and leave it by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Upon arrival/departure, the host is present for the handover of the keys.
- When leaving the house, always turn off the water, lights, and air conditioning.
- You can bring up to 1 mini/small dog at no extra charge.
- WiFi is available free of charge.
- Guests are financially responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the guest house or violation of the house rules. The host takes no responsibility for the property of the guests.
- Please refrain from activities involving loud noise in general, but especially between 10 pm and 8 am.
- Smoking and the use of incense are prohibited in the building.
- Fires can be made in the designated fireplace, while considering the current fire protection rules.
- The guest house has central heating. Ask the staff for help in setting the temperature of the rooms.
- When using the air conditioner, please close all doors and windows.
- The garden is taken care of by the host. Please take care of the integrity of the plants, be they flowers, bushes or trees.
- For stays longer than 1 week, the host obligatorily provides cleaning, which includes the change of bed linen and towels.
- Rules for using the pool:
- Pool use is recommended during the summer season, as the pool is not heated.
- The depth of the pool is 135 cm, the sitting pool is 40 cm deep
- All children can use the pool, at all times, only under parental supervision
- It is strictly FORBIDDEN to use the pool under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other narcotic substances!
- Eating in the pool is FORBIDDEN!
- The environment of the pool is wet and slippery, which requires extra attention
- The pool is not supervised by a swimming instructor, so everyone can use it solely at their own risk
- As in all households, in the guest house it is possible that something breaks or breaks down through no fault of the guests.
